Condi Rice - What would you say?
by Uzzah ini am going tohave the opportunity to meet condi rice tomorrow while she is visiting ottawa.
she is arguably the most powerful/influencial woman in the world and i am excited about the meeting.. i am not a fan of her (bush's) policies but still meeting someone of this influence is not lost on me.. if you could say anything to her, what would it be?.

Yes, I felt like a "true christian" like I was taught. If I could make the "national average" than I felt good if nothing else. Crazy huh?

I'm just numb! :-( I need to vent!
by caz ini have just witnessed for myself one of the most hypocritical scenes ever before in my life!
my sister's ex husband, ( father to 3 boys, 12, 15, 20 years) commited suicide a few days ago.
he has been a jehova's witness all of his life and and also suffered from bi polar disorder for most of it also, particularly bad in the past 3 years.

Welcome. Its always good to vent. I felt similar when my father was passing away. Also I think that the reason they conduct services for ones that are dissassociated for whatever reason is to "give a witness".

"From Holy to Whole"
by Ingenuous in"... when you process religious issues, you end up processing all of your issues.
these aspects of personal health and maturity are so basic.
thus, as you make a commitment to work on these areas, you are beginning a very far-reaching journey of growth and are to be commended.".
